Kalinga PPO started the 27th PCR Month with a Medical and Outreach Activity

Kalinga Police Provincial Office (PPO) started their celebration of the 27th Police Community Relations Month with a Medical and Outreach Program at Camp Captain Juan M Duyan, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga in July 4, 2022.

The Acting Provincial Director of Kalinga PPO, PCOL PETER M TAGTAG JR spearheaded the program and was graced by Dr. Edward B Tandingan, Provincial Health Officer II, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

As the highlights of the program, the police officers and other partner agencies have provided free services such as free medical and surgical check-ups, free circumcision, and free minor surgeries. Free vitamins were also distributed during the program.

Also, 300 families were provided with food packs while 500 children joined the feeding activity and 20 children availed of the free haircut services.

The medical and outreach program is a joint effort of the personnel of Kalinga PPO, Regional Medical and Dental Unit (RMDU) – Cordillera, PNP – Special Action Force and Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) Kalinga.

With the success of the activity, Kalinga PPO expresses its gratitude to Dr. Golda Mear Chulsi Maling and Dr. Claire Palicas Bawalan, 41 Pharmacy, Provincial Engineering Office Personnel Multipurpose Cooperative (PEOPMPC), Pharmacia For All, Bravo Pharmacy, and other stakeholders for their invaluable and unwavering support.
