Awarded the LTO to 10 District Health Centers
City officials led by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan together with city councilors, Chief, City Health Officer Dr. Rowena P. Galpo and CHO Assistant officer Dr. Celia Flor Briliantes have given the award of the License to Operate (LTO) to the 10 District Health Centers in Baguio City who were accredited as Konsulta package providers by PhilHealth and now are licensed as Primary Care facilities by the DOH for they have complied with the licensing standards and requirements found in Administrative Order 2020-0047.
