3rd placer in Architecture licensure examination congratulated
City officials recently congratulated and commended Jefferson Bugtong Sabog for securing third place in the highly competitive special professional licensure examination for architects with an impressive average of 80.80 percent last April 22-23, 2023.
In a resolution, local legislators claimed that Sabog’s feat shows and continues to uphold the city’s title as the education center of the north where it models students into licensed professionals with flying colors.
Earlier, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 120 out of 187 examinees passed the special professional licensure examination for architects given by the Board of Architecture headed by its chairman, Arch. Robert S. Sac with 2 other members, Arch. Robert M. Mirafuente and Arch. Corazon V. Fabia-Tandoc.
The council noted that the special professional licensure examination for architects held on April 22-23, 2023 took place across several countries in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, including Manama, Bahrain; Al-Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Al Ahmadi; Kuwait; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; and Singapore.
Sabog, an alumnus of Saint Louis University, secured the 3rd place in the aforesaid April 2023 special professional licensure examination for architects.
The council stipulated that architects from various backgrounds and institutions participated in the said rigorous examination, making Sabog’s achievement all the more noteworthy.
