2nd placer in licensure examination for sanitary engineers lauded

City officials recently congratulated and commended Aizel Torchangon Salagma of the University of Baguio (UB) for placing second with a rating of 83.70 percent in the August 2023 licensure examination for sanitary engineers.

In a resolution authored by Councilors Arthur Alad-iw and Leandro B. Yangot, Jr., Salagma’s feat shows and continues to uphold the city’s title as the education center of the north where it molds students into licensed professionals with flying colors in their respective fields of profession.

Earlier, the August 2023 sanitary engineers licensure examination result, which include the full list of passers, top 10 topnotchers and the top performing schools, were released on September 6, 2023, two-day after the exam.

Further, the PRC also recognized the topnotchers in the entire archipelago in the sanitary engineers licensure examination.

Salagma, a graduate of UB, placed in the August 2023 sanitary engineers licensure examination with a rating of 83.70 percent.

The council emphasized that Salagma’s achievement brought pride and honor not only to her family but also to the local government, her Alma Mater and to the people of the city.
