2022 Line Dance rocks

The Baguio Central School secured the first place in the Line Dance competition under the School category while the Engineers Hill and Scout Barrio volunteers won in the Barangay and Civic category during the Baguio Country Fair 2022 that was held in Session Road last 02 October 2022.

Several schools and barangay organizations participated in the said event. In the school category, the Kabalyero Kids Dance Group (Rizal National Highschool) garnered 2nd place followed by San Jose Elementary School at 3rd place. While in the barangay and civic category: Kabalyero Guardian Dance Group from Brgy. Lualhati took the spot in second place, and Cordillera Cowgirls from brgy. San Vicente placed third.

The Baguio Country Fair was organized by Porta Vaga Mall under the management of the Diocese of Baguio and is part of the City’s 113th Charter Day Anniversary.

The Baguio Country Fair was originally scheduled during the last Sunday of September, but the organizing committee postponed the event due to Typhoon Karding. – Federico Gatchalian III (PIO Intern)
