2 Street-Level drug personalities arrested in Baguio City
Two (2) street-level drug personalities were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by Baguio City cops in Brgy Dizon Subdivision, Baguio City on November 22, 2021.
Citing the reports submitted to PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, joint operatives of Camdas Police Station (PS2), CIU, DEU, and CIDMU arrested the drug suspects identified as Guyle Martin Estigoy Pagsanjan, 22, and Lencer Paul Salibad Decaleng, 22, both listed as Street Level Individuals (SLI).
The suspects were arrested after Pagsanjan sold one (1) sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.5 grams with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 3,400.00 to an operative who acted as a poseur buyer.
During the arrest, the operatives recovered another sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.1 grams with SDP of Php 680.00 and one (1) sachet of suspected dried marijuana leaves weighing more or less 6 grams with SDP of Php 720.00 from the possession of Pagsanjan, while one (1) sachet of suspected dried marijuana leaves weighing more or less 12 grams with SDP of Php 1,400.00 was seized from the possession of Decaleng.
The markings and inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered were conducted on-site in the presence of the suspects and witnessed by Prosecutor Don Emmanuel Vergara, Barangay Captain George Banayos, and media representative Ms. Janice Denis.
Further, the suspects and the evidence seized were brought to the custody of Camdas Police Station (PS2) for proper documentation while a case for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being prepared for filing against them.(PROCOR-PIO)
