107 Personnel completed their Criminal Investigation Course

Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO) congratulates the new graduates of the Criminal Investigation Course (CIC) CL 908-2022 & CL 909-2022 during their graduation ceremony held at Abra PPO Open Gym in Camp Col Juan Villamor, Bangued, Abra on February 28, 2023.

After four months of training, a total of 103 police officers, two (2) Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP), and two (2) personnel from the Provincial Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA-Abra) will now return to their respective units as fully trained investigators.

The said ceremony was graced by Vice-Governor Maria Jocelyn Valera Bernos of Abra as the guest of honor and speaker and was attended by PCOL LEON TALLEO, Chief of the Regional Special Training Unit (RSTU); PCOL MALY C CULA, the Provincial Director of the Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO), other police officers and families of the graduates.

In her message, Vice-Governor Bernos extended his congratulations to the new CIC graduates and challenged them to apply what they have learned from the investigation course to further improve the crime solution efficiency of the province.

As the highlight of the ceremony, three (3) participants each from the two CIC classes were given Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) for their outstanding performance during the course:
