PRO-CAR Strengthens Leadership with New Provincial Directors and RIDMD, Chief

To formally mark the leadership transition of the new Provincial Directors of Abra, Kalinga, and Ifugao Police Provincial Offices (PPOs) and the Chief of the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), a Joint Turnover of Offices Ceremony was held at Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on December 23, 2024.

The ceremony was presided over by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO,JR, Regional Director of Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO-CAR), and attended by PCOL ELMER E RAGAY, Deputy Regional Director for Operations, PCOL JULIO S LIZARDO, Chief of Regional Staff, and other PRO-CAR personnel.

As part of the program, PCOL JEFFERSON P CARIAGA, Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division, read the termination and designation orders for the outgoing and incoming officials designating:

-PCOL MARVIN S DIPLAT, as the new Chief of the RIDMD;

-PCOL GILBERT A FATI-IG   as the new Provincial Director of Abra PPO;

-PCOL JEREMIAS G OYAWON as the new Provincial Director of Ifugao PPO and;

-PCOL JAMES D MANGILI as the new Provincial Director of Kalinga PPO.

The highlight of the event was the symbolic transfer of command, accompanied by the turnover of property books, equipment inventories, and ongoing programs and activities to ensure a smooth operational transition and maintain the organization’s efficiency and readiness under the new leadership.

The event concluded with a message from the PBGEN PEREDO,JR, emphasizing the importance of leadership, teamwork, and commitment to serving the community with integrity and professionalism.

“As leaders, you are not only the stewards of operational excellence but also the embodiment of our core values—service, honor, and justice.
