𝗣π—₯𝗒-𝗖𝗔π—₯ π—›π—’π—Ÿπ——π—¦ π—₯π—˜π—§π—œπ—₯π—˜π— π—˜π—‘π—§ 𝗛𝗒𝗑𝗒π—₯𝗦 𝗙𝗒π—₯ π—£π— π—šπ—˜π—‘ π— π—”π—™π—˜π—Ÿπ—œπ—‘π—’ 𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗭𝗔π—₯

Marking the end of his illustrious career and honoring his hard work and long years of selfless and successful service in the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO-CAR) held a retirement honors ceremony for PMGEN MAFELINO ASPERO BAZAR, Director, Directorate of Information and Communications Technology Management (DICTM), held on October 15, 2024.

The retirement honors, held at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, was presided over by PGEN ROMMEL FRANCISCO D MARBIL, the PNP Chief, and attended by other members of the Command Group, Regional Staff, Chiefs of the Regional Support Units, Special Staff, other PRO-CAR key officers, DICTM personnel, and PBGEN BAZAR’s family, relatives, friends, and classmates from the PMA β€œTanglaw-Diwa” Class of 1992.

Upon his arrival, PMGEN BAZAR was received by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, the PRO-CAR Regional Director, and was greeted by the vibrant sound of gongs and the traditional welcome dance performed by the PRO-CAR Cultural Dancers. He was also accorded arrival honors.

As highlights of the ceremony, PMGEN BAZAR was awarded the PNP Special Service Medal (Medalya ng Pambihirang Paglilingkod), a PNP Service Medal (Medalya ng Paglilingkod), a PNP Efficiency Medal (Medalya ng Kasanayan), a Command Saber, a gallery of awards, and other mementos, in recognition of his more than 36 years of dedicated service in the PNP. His wife, Mrs. Myles Bazar, was also presented with a plaque of appreciation for her unwavering support.

In his message, PMGEN BAZAR expressed gratitude as he bid farewell to his distinguished career in the PNP, thanking his colleagues and mentors who supported him throughout his journey.

“Now that I am retiring from active duty, I will always carry with me the memories and friendships I have made within the PNP organization. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served alongside such dedicated and talented individuals. More power to the organization that made us what we are today.”

Following his message, PBGEN KIRBY JOHN B KRAFT, the Deputy Director of the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management Division, read the retirement order, while the PEMS Joel M Claro, the Chief Clerk of the DICTM, led the lowering and encasing of PMGEN BAZAR’s personal flag.
