The Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO-CAR), led by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, Regional Director, awarded and recognized the winners of the Best of the Best Shoot-for-a-Cause and Marksmanship Enhancement during the awarding ceremony held at the Multi-purpose Center, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on November 11, 2024.
The awardees proudly received their certificates and trophies for their achievements in various categories of the shoot fest that was held at the PRO-CAR Firing Range from September 26 to 29, 2024.

Moreover, for the TOP RANK AWARD, PBGEN PEREDO, JR, was recognized as the champion, while PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, was awarded 1st runner-up.
In his message, the Regional Director congratulated all the winners and expressed his gratitude to all the participants for their active participation in the said event. Further, he also emphasized the principle of โAAAโ battery in shooting, which means:
– Awareness of the use of firearms,
– Alert – if you are aware, you should be alert, and
– Action – split-second decision to connect awareness and alertness.
The Best of the Best Shoot-for-a-Cause and Marksmanship Enhancement was conducted to boost the marksmanship and tactical readiness of PNP personnel and gun enthusiasts. The event aimed to raise funds for various outreach initiatives of PRO-CAR, under the โPanag-Aywan Iti Kailyanโ program, and other activities to help address the needs of the PRO-CAR police force and the community.
