The Inayan Cops of the Mountain Province Police Provincial Office (PPO) welcome their newly appointed Provincial Director, PCOL FERDINAND N OYDOC, during the Turnover of Office Ceremony held at Camp Lt. Geronimo F Montes in Bontoc, Mountain Province on November 5, 2024.
The ceremony was presided over by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, Regional Director of Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO-CAR). It was witnessed by Hon. Francis O. Tauli, Vice Governor of Mountain Province, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Representatives from local agencies, other local leaders, and key officers and personnel of Mountain Province PPO also attended.
Highlights of the event were the symbolic transfer of command, where PCOL SIBLY P DAWIGUEY, JR, the outgoing Provincial Director, handed over the command symbol, property book, equipment inventory, memorandum of agreement, and plans and programs to the incoming Provincial Director, PCOL OYDOC.
PCOL DAWIGUEY, JR welcomed PCOL OYDOC as the new Provincial Director and thanked the Mountain Province PPO personnel for their support during his tenure and highlighted the importance of teamwork and dedication under the new leadership.
PCOL OYDOC, the new leader of Mountain Province PPO, expressed gratitude to the outgoing Provincial Director and PBGEN PEREDO, JR, for trusting him with this role. He also emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration among personnel to maintain peace and security in the province.
In his message, PBGEN PEREDO, JR commended PCOL DAWIGUEY, JR for boosting the Mountain Province PPO’s achievements and congratulated PCOL OYDOC on his new appointment, expressing confidence in his ability to maintain the progress made under PCOL DAWIGUEY’s leadership.
“To both police officers, I commend you for your steadfast dedication to the ideals and core values of the PNP.
